We are excited to announce our newest offering at Warhorse Northern Liberties: Strength School, a weekly community training session.
These 90-minute training sessions are open to both members and non-members and are perfect for all lifters, new and experienced, looking to improve their performance.
The first 30 minutes will consist of teaching and dialing in form, movement variations, etc. The last 60 minutes will consist of a training session building off of what was taught during the first 30 minutes.
Attendees will leave with the knowledge, confidence, and practical experience needed to take their lifting to the next level, along with a detailed workout plan they can continue using throughout the week.
